Refund policy

Late arrival

If your item has not arrived, no worries, check the order lookup https://nordicbabyboutique.com/pages/order-lookup to see where it is. It may take up to 25 days to receive your order but believe me it is worth it. 

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please let me know by email if there is a problem. 

To complete your return, please send the purchase number and reason for return. The best thing is to contact me directly to see how we can resolve the issue. info@nordicbabyboutique.com

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nordicbabyboutique.com and send your item to Frakkastigur 8e, 302, 101 Reykjavik, Iceland

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping policy

At Nordic Baby Boutique our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet when possible, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

SIZING

As you know, babies, toddlers, and children often need different sizes during the first few months and years. Some children are larger or smaller than others, and this is why we recommend sizing your little one so that you get the best fit possible. If you are in doubt, it is best to choose one size up.

HOW TO MEASURE

The best way to measure a child is the same way you would measure yourself by measuring the chest, waist, hips, and length. We recommend recording the measurements in both centimeters and inches to make sizing easier and more convenient when using international measurement standards.
