The breastfeeding pillow, supports your baby's body allowing it to relax your arms without putting undue strain on your back. 

The pillow can also be used to support your baby during tummy time which is essential to build up their back and neck strength and when they are first learning to sit. 

There is a convenient zipper on the pillowcase so that can be removed for cleaning.

1. Please allow 1-3cm (0.4-1.2'') differences due to manual measurement, thanks.

Late arrival

If your item has not arrived, no worries, check the order lookup https://nordicbabyboutique.com/pages/order-lookup to see where it is. It may take up to 25 days to receive your order but believe me it is worth it. 

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please let me know by email if there is a problem.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet when possible, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
